Alfoxton Park marks its fifth birthday with a day of connection and creativity in the historic grounds that inspired the English Romantic movement.
From its humble beginnings to a flourishing community, this milestone will be celebrated with a full programme of poetry and arts workshops, talks on Romanticism and Buddhism, and time to enjoy the land, gardens, and vibrant community atmosphere.
The afternoon features a live concert with guest pianist Joplin Parnell, bringing the sounds of early jazz, blues and ragtime, alongside Briony Greenhill, known for her soulful approach to songwriting.
Of course, no birthday is complete without cake.
All are welcome. There is no admission fee.
