We plan (subject to obtaining all necessary permissions, etc) to carry out necessary repairs to the fabric of the building and then make some minor alterations to make it suitable for use as a Buddhist retreat centre. It presently has planning permission as a hotel; a retreat centre is rather like a hotel with very quiet guests!
