This silent retreat is a unique opportunity to practice deeply with others. Living simply in the mythic landscape of Alfoxton Park alongside the majestic red deer which grace the land. Out of the quiet emerges a quality of presence with ourselves and our belonging in the world, the unfurling life around and within us. Skilfully, poetically led by Paramananda, we open to stillness, wonder and the awe of being alive.
